Won Cha Nelson, 66, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020, at St. Vincent Randolph Hospital.  She was born March, 10, 1954, in Pyongtaek-Kun, Kyonggi-do, Korea to Tok U Kim and Sun Yo Han.

Won Cha was a homemaker and seamstress.  She enjoyed gardening, crafts, and spending time with her family and will be sadly missed by her family. 

She is survived by her husband, William T. Nelson, III of Winchester; two daughters, Sun Ji (Stefan) Keplinger of Morgantown, WV and Ashley (Andrew) Tatich of Morgantown, WV; two grandchildren, Gabriel Keplinger and Ariella Keplinger; a sister, Won-Su Kim; and a brother, Won-Gi Kim.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per the family’s wishes there will be no services at this time.

Bill, I’m so sorry about Kim. I know we didn’t stay in touch after the divorce, but I didn’t stop thinking about all of you. Love to you and the girls and their families. Love , Tammy
