John E. Nordloh, 78, of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Reid Hospital in Richmond.  He was born on June 10, 1940, in Elwood, IN, to Beltron and Ethel (Holiday) Nordloh.

John was a 1959 graduate of the Winchester High School.  He was a member of the Indiana National Guard.  John was a mould maker at Armstrong and then Overmyer in Winchester.  He had a lifelong passion for farming.  John was a member of the Country Side Christian Church in Winchester and the Winchester Moose Lodge.  He enjoyed tinkering with his 1957 Chevy, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren.

John is survived by his wife, Olivia “Dee” (Runkel) Nordloh of Winchester; son, David (girlfriend, Leslie McGill) of Winchester; two daughters, Jonna (boyfriend, DJ Long) Kenniston of Lake of the Ozarks, MO and Nancy (Gene) Stimble of Shell Knob, MO; two sisters, Evelyn (Pete) Towns of Palm Harbor, FL, and Jane Sumwalt of Palm Harbor, FL; grandchildren, Abbie Kenniston, Justin Kenniston, Donald Stimble, Mattie Stimble, Patrick Stimble, Nicholas Stimble, and Tyler Henderson; and several nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for John will be at1:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, with Tom Sells officiating.  Burial will follow at Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester.

Friends and family may call from 2-4 and 6-8, on Friday, November 16, as well as an hour before services on Saturday all at the funeral home.

Dee and family. We are so sorry to hear about the loss of John. He was a great friend and we will miss seeing him out and about. We will be praying for the family. May God enfold all of you in his arms as you grieve this loss.
