William George Cantrall Sr.

William George Cantrall Sr., 59, of Ridgeville, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends at home.  He was born on June 15, 1965, in Redkey, Indiana, to Cecil Cantrall Sr. and Betty E (Miller) Finn.

William was always the life of the party, loved sitting by the bonfire.  He loved to drink and smoke.  Most of all, he loved his kids.  William enjoyed listening to Conway Twitty and Johnny Cash.  He lived to go fast and was a big NASCAR fan.  He loved playing pool, watching John Wayne westerns and his favorite shows were Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Cops, and Dukes of Hazzard.

He is survived by his mother, Betty E. (Miller) Finn; his girlfriend, Jennie Herron; two sons, Joey (Sam “little shit”) Cantrall and Will (Angelina) Cantrall; two daughters, Ariel (Adam) Weiss and Misty Dawn Cantrall (Elijah Peters); 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; his brothers Cecil Cantrall, Jr. and Russell Cantrall; his sisters, Marsha Davis, Treva Simones, and Penny Green; and special great nieces Riley. 

He was preceded in death by his, father, Cecil Cantrall Sr.; and his brothers, Gary Cantrall and Robert Cantrall, Sr.

Private memorial services will be at a later date.
