Thomas E Lowrance, Jr.

Thomas E. Lowrance, Jr., 53, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Reid Health in Richmond.  He was born on Februrary 5, 1971, in Winchester, to Thomas and Elizabeth (Welch) Lowrance.

When Thomas was younger he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being outdoors.  He also played pool, cards, and loved old rock and roll.

Thomas is survived by his sister, Gail (Denver) Lowrance; and niece, Teara (Billy) Lowrance.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Melinda Faye.

There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
