Steven Johnson

Steven Joe Johnson of Farmland passed away at the Parker Health Care and Rehabilitation May 16, 2025. After a long and courageous battle with cancer.

He was born Feb. 5, 1957 in New Castle, Indiana.

He was a 1976 graduate of Union High School in Modoc.

Steve enjoyed going to car shows and his annual trip to James Dean Days with his good friends Bo and Lil.

He retired from Matthews International of Richmond Indiana in 2019.

He was preceded in death by his wife Lori L. Johnson. Parents JC and Dolores Johnson of Losantville, Indiana.

He is survived by his son Brian of Farmland, two grandaughters Nevaeh and Maya. Jennifer Hail of Richmond, Indiana sisters; Becky Adkins of Greenwood, Priscilla Crouthers of Losantville, Ginger Fritts of Winchester, Jane Denney (Jim) of Winchester, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Friends and family may call from 11:30 to 1:30 on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Walker Funeral Home with burial at Mooreland Cemetery following visitation.
