Stephen “Steve” Wolfe, 74, of Farmland, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 unexpectedly at IU Hospital. He was born on May 11, 1948, in Winchester, to Robert and Ada Wolfe.
Steve was employed as a mold maker at various factories in Winchester and retired from Ardaugh in Dunkirk, Indiana. Steve had a passion for the guitar and never went one day without playing. He enjoyed history, and loved all animals.
Steve had a gentle disposition, he was kind, he was helpful to his family, friends, and neighbors, he was funny, and quick witted. His loved his family and children unconditionally.
Steve is survived by his wife of 47 years, Darlene, his son Brian Wolfe, his daughter Kim Wolfe, his daughter Lori Huddleston, his granddaughter Lainey Huddleston, his brother Robert Wolfe, his sister Diana (Ron) Gibson, his sister Linda Bower, his brother Terry (Linda) Wolfe, and several nieces and nephews.
Steve is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ada Wolfe, and his son Stephen “Stevie” Wolfe.
A time to gather and remember Steve will be from 4-6 p.m., on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Walker Funeral Home.
