Sherri Lee (Gordon) Gordon

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sherri Lee Gordon, 55 of Winchester, Indiana. Sherri passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana. Sherri was born on October 9, 1969, at Reid Health, to Patricia Ann Arnold and George Gordon, Jr.

Sherri graduated from Union City Community High School, located in Union City Indiana, then went on to work for Pizza King where she became a shift Manager. (2003-2012)

Sherri was a devoted mother, daughter, sibling, aunt, grandmother and friend. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, watching scary movies, collecting gnome figurines and spending time with everyone that she considered “family”. Sherri brought joy, a kind heart and immeasurable compassion to all who knew her.Though Sherri’s time was brief, the depth of love she shared will forever remain in our hearts.

Sherri is survived by her sons, Tyler R. C. McCormick and Levi P. Gordon (Hannah); granddaughter, Arya Gordon; siblings, Tammy Heiser of Brownsburg, IN, Theresa Wendling (Andy) of Greenwood, IN, Jerry Hicks of Brooklyn, IN, James Hicks of Greenwood, IN, Christopher Arnold of Greenwood, IN and Jenny Gordon, of Kings Mountain, KY. Sherri also leaves behind 21 nieces and nephews.

Sherri was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia Ann Arnold and George Gordon, Jr., as well as a nephew.

The Celebration of life will be a private ceremony, remembering Sherri in the presence of close family. This will be held on Saturday, December 28, located in Brownsburg, Indiana.

A celebration of life ceremony for family/friends living in her home town of Winchester, Indiana will be announced at a later date.
