Scott E. Chadwick, 58, of Winchester, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 8, 2021, at his home. He was born on November 19, 1962, in Winchester, to Ralph E. Chadwick and Marilyn (Henizer) Lewis.
Scott was a 1981 graduate of Union High School. He worked at P&M Gas Station in Winchester. Scott enjoyed gardening, woodworking, farming, and writing.
Scott is survived by his son, Kyle Chadwick of Union City; his mother, Marilyn Lewis of Winchester; his stepson, David Briner; two sisters, Moneta (Larry) Brown of Middletown, IN and Melinda Cowan of New Castle, IN; brother, Leo (Laura) Lewis II of Fountain City, IM; a step sister, Cheryl Marcum of Union City; and his nieces and nephews, Josh Prince, Sammie Lewis, Henry Lewis, William Lewis, and Amber Cowan.
Scott is preceded in death by his wife, Tonyia (Maloy) Chadwick; his son, Austin T. Chadwick; his father, Leo Lewis; his biological father, Ralph E. Chadwick; and two step brothers, Bob Lewis and Randy Lewis.
A time to gather and celebrate Scott’s life will be from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to funeral home.
