Richard Allen Higgins

Richard (Richie) Allen Higgins, age 55, passed away on April 6, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer. Rich was born in Tucson, AZ on March 3, 1966 to his Mother, Margaret (Peggy) Grubb and Father, Rick Higgins.

Rich enjoyed being outside including fishing (first, most, and last), disc golf, and backyard games with his friends. Rich loved his family and spending time with his grandkids.

Richie was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret (Peggy) Grubb.

Rich is survived by his four children— Kyleigh, Lynzeigh, Maddison, and Nicole; his father and stepmother- Rick and Ann Higgins; and 7 grandchildren.

A service to celebrate his life will be at 4:00 p.m., on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, with Father Peter Logsdon officiating.

Friends and family may call from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
