Priscilla J (Klepfer) Carr

Priscilla J. Carr of Huber Heights, Ohio and formerly of Muncie, Indiana, passed away on Friday, 27-December-2024, in Pinellas Park, Florida.  She was born on 12-January-1930, in Muncie, Indiana, to Kenneth E and Felecia (Sackett) Klepfer.

Known throughout her life as Peewee, she was a graduate of Muncie Central High School and worked for many years as a credit adjuster at Sears in Dayton, Ohio from which she retired in 1991, and then North Dayton Garden Center on a seasonal basis.  Peewee loved traveling and had been to all 50 states and had traveled to many foreign countries with friends and family.  Her favorites being England and Germany.  Peewee also enjoyed gardening and bright flowers.

Survivors include her two sons, Kent L. (Julia) and Bradford L. (Kathy) Carr, both of Indianapolis.  She had 8 grandchildren including Heather Severs with whom she resided when she passed.  Peewee also had 12 great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Carr and daughter, Judy (Don) Severs.

A service to celebrate Peewee’s life will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Walker Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester.

Friends and family may call from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, at the funeral home.
