Phyllis R (Barker) Sandoval

Phyllis R. Sandoval, 87, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023.  She was born on May 26, 1935 to Herbert and Violet Rose (Headley) Barker. 

Phyllis was a graduate of Farmland High School.  She worked as a nurse and secretary at Lobdell in Winchester.  Phyllis was a member of the Kingdom Hall.  She enjoyed camping and traveling. 

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Sue (Wilt) Kennedy (Steve); two sons, Rudy Sandoval and Robert Wilt (Maria); 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; a sister, Cheryl Stephens; and a brother Richard Barker (Debbie).

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Gerl Wilt; second husband Rudy Sandoval; third husband, Jerry Brockman; and daughter Karen Wilt.

A service to celebrate her life will be at 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Walker Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Center Cemetery in Portland.
