Patricia (Patsy) M. (Wolfe) Stephen, 93, of Winchester, passed away peacefully at Reid Hospital in Richmond on Monday, March 29, 2021. She was born on April 1, 1927 to Kenneth and Elsie (Shandy) Wolfe.
Patsy graduated from Lincoln High School in 1945. She married Gerald L Stephen March 30, 1946. She worked at General Telephone, Randolph County Clerks office, and helped Gerald with the family farm. She was a member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church and was a precinct committee member in Randolph County.
Patsy loved doing yard work, playing cards, and puzzles. She was an avid fan of the Winchester Golden Falcons and loved attending any event to watch her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a great cook.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Connie (Steve) Stump of Winchester; a daughter-in-law, Cathy (Tom) Stephen-Miller of Winchester; a brother, John Robert (Lana) Wolfe, Winchester; grandchildren, Shannon (Glenn) Hartley Fitzgerald, Princeton, NJ, Stephen (Katie) Hartley, Joshua Tree, CA, Stevie (Jenn) Sandifar, Stacy (Jeremy) Brandenburg, and Carrie (Dustin) Baldwin, all of Winchester; 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald in 2012; son Kellie in 2007; sister, Joan Shockley.

A service to celebrate Patsy’s life will be at 3:00 p.m., on Friday, April 2, 2021, at the Winchester Community High School Fieldhouse, in Winchester, with Pastor Robert Kiefert officiating. Burial will follow at Fountain Park Cemetery.
Friends and family may call from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Friday, at the Fieldhouse. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Methodist Church, 2485 W. 400 N., Winchester, IN 47394 or the Stephen Family Scholarship Fund, c/o Randolph County Foundation, 120 W Washington St, Winchester, IN 47394.
