Otis Hibbard

Otis Hibbard, 82, of Winchester, Indiana passed away peacefully in his home on December 15, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great- grandfather who was known in the community for his hard work and dedication to his family.

Otis is survived by his sons Steve (Tina), Tim (Lisa), Glen (Michelle), and Scott (Deneen); partner Evelyn Philebaum; brother Willie Junior (Imogene); 34 grandkids; 32 great grandkids; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Bernice (Fritts); son Mark; parents Willie and Victoria; 8 brothers; and 2 sisters.

A funeral service to celebrate Otis’ life will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, December 22, 2025, at Walker Funeral Home. Pastor Jeff Straley will officiate. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery. Friends and family may gather to share and remember from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Monday at Walker Funeral Home.
