Linda Kay (Simpson) Haney, 73, of Winchester, passed away at home, after an extended illness. She was born on December 19, 1949, in Menifee County, Kentucky, to Carl and Lois (Lawson) Simpson.
Linda was a press operator and worked at Central Manufacturing in Parker City.
Linda is survived by her two children, Randy Ratliff and Donita (Jared) Brockman; a granddaughter, Ally Ratliff; four grandsons, Dylan (Cheyenne) Forrester, Ayrron (Shayla) Wells, Jordon (Kylee) Wells, and Qunitin (Lexi) Parks; two sisters, June Leto and Lumari Thompson; a brother, Dwight Simpson; and several great grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leroy Haney; a son, Jeffery Ratliff; a grandson, Nathinial Forrester; and six brothers, James Simpson, Stephen Simpson, Larry Simpson, Danny Simpson, Paul Simpson, and Carl Simpson, Jr.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
