Leroy R. Ludwick, 87, of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center in Winchester. He was born on March 23, 1937, in Wells County, Indiana to Richard L. and Ruby I. (Jones) Luckwick.
Leroy graduated from Saratoga High School. He retired from Maul Brothers in Winchester and was an avid farmer. Leroy was a member of the Saratoga Lions club and was the former Saratoga Town Board President. He was an avid IU fan and a John Deere enthusiast. Most of all, he enjoyed his little league coaching years at Saratoga.
Leroy is survived by his son, Tim (Teresa) Ludwick; granddaughter, Brittany Ludwick; brother, Donald (Linda) Ludwick; sisters, Sue Ludwick and Melanie (Olus) Lykins; and several nieces and nephews.
Leroy was preceded in death by his wife, J. Eileen (Hiatt) Luduck; parents; brother, Gary Ludwick; and nephews, Eric Lykins and Rob Robertson.
A service to celebrate Leroy’s life will be at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, October 7, 2024, at the Walker Funeral Home with Pastor Rich Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Saratoga Cemetery.
Friends and family may call 2 hours prior to services on Monday at the funeral home.
