Larry W. McCoy

Larry W. McCoy, 79, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, January 9, 2025.  He was born on May 4, 1945, in Winchester, to John and Irene (Miller) McCoy.

Larry attended Morton Elementary School and was a graduate of Lee Driver High School, Class of 1963.  He served in the Indiana National Guard and then began a career at Maul Technology, where he worked until retirement.  As a motorcycle enthusiast, Larry had 36 Harley Davidson bikes and traveled all over with his friends.  Larry was a member of the Union City American Legion, VFW, and Winchester Moose Lodge 1977.

Larry is survived by his wife, Pamela (Lowe) McCoy; a sister, Sherry Clouse of Phoenix, AZ; a daughter, Lori McCoy Eschelman of Muncie; a grandson, Sam Dew; a granddaughter, Mia Faris of Albany;  Larry was also blessed with several step children, and step grandchildren plus many nephews and nieces.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Jim (Diane) McCoy and Gene (Barbara) McCoy.

Per Larry’s wish, there will be no viewing or funeral services.  Burial will be at the family’s convenience.  Larry’s wish is, “always remember me with a smile”!
