Judith Ann (Quick) Longnecker, 79, of Lynn, went home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, July 3, 2022. She was born on November 11, 1942, in Richmond, the daughter of Richard and Barbara (Shutz) Quick.
Judy graduated from Randolph Southern High School. She worked at the Randolph Southern School Cafeteria. She was a member of the Winchester Friends Church. Judy was a wonderful cook and baker and she loved to sew. She was a round dance cuer and instructor.
Judy is survived by her husband of 63 and a half years, David Longnecker; two sons, Rick A. (Cindy) Longnecker and Rodney Ray (Kim) Longnecker; a daughter, Robin Lynn (Ivan) Brumbaugh; her mother, Barbara Quick; sister, Kathy (William) Clark; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Judy was preceded in death by her father, Richard Quick; and a son, Randy Lee Longnecker.
A memorial service for Judy will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the Winchester, Friend Church, in Winchester, with Pastor Ron Ferguson officiating. A private burial will be at the convenience of the family at Fountain Park Cemetery.
