Joyce Alene Kaugher, 82, of Winchester passed away on May 2, 2025 at Pineknoll Rehabilitation Centre in Winchester, Indiana. She was born February 16, 1943 to Culbert and Grace (Gribbons) Barnett in New Castle, Indiana.

She is survived by her husband Robert Kaugher.

Per Joyce's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services. Private burial will take place at Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester.
