Jimmy J Rainey

Jimmy J Rainey (77) of Winchester, Indiana passed away Thursday December 9, 2021 at Reid Memorial Hospital in Richmond Indiana. Jimmy was born February 22, 1944 to the late Joseph and Birdie (Anderson) Rainey.

Jimmy was a loving husband of 50 years to his wife Betty. He loved spending time outside with family and friends at his “Cat House” listening to country music and working in his flowers. He also loved playing Crash Bandicoots. Jimmy also had a unique pastime of collecting clocks.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son (Michael), 1 grandson (Braden), 9 brothers, and 2 sisters

He is survived by his wife Betty, children Billy, Cindy, Steve, Rick (Mindy), several grandchildren and great grandchildren

Services to celebrate Jimmy’s life will be held at Walker Funeral Home on Monday, December 13, 2021. Visitation for friends and family will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. with services being officiated by Richard Collins at 6:00 p.m.
