Janice Ann (Todd) Botkin

Janice Todd Botkin passed away December 31, 2022.  She was born to Margaret and Lloyd Todd on June 6, 1938.  She graduated from Winchester High School in 1956.

Janice worked for several years at Overmyer Mould Corporation and she retired from Glass Components. She was involved in many community originations, Red Hats, Phi Delta Kappa, Alumni Association, and volunteered for St. Vincent Hospital in Winchester. 

Janice is preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Botkin; mother, Margaret Slentz; stepfather, Arthur Slentz; and step children, Rosemary Shinn and her husband, Nick.

Janice is survived by stepchildren, Cathy Patterson and James Douglas (Jennifer) Botkin; 10 step grandchildren, 18 step great grandchildren; and 8 step great great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Janice’s life will be at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, January 6, 2022 at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, with Pastor Rob Butler officiating.  Burial will follow at Fountain Park Cemetery.
