Jacquelyn Stuckey Obituary

Jacquelyn Faye (Stroh) Stuckey “Jackie” was received into the arms of her loving God who received her as a gift for His kingdom in Heaven on October 29, 2024. Free, free, she is free at last from the earthly chains that bound her after several years of deterioration due to Alzheimer’s Disease.

Jackie was born July 6, 1938 in Hamilton, OH to Roy and Lora Stroh. The majority of her life was spent in the community of Winchester.

Jackie graduated from Winchester High School in 1956.

Jackie wed Boyce Robert Stuckey June 30, 1957. They had been married 59 years before her husband’s death.

Bob and Jackie were blessed with three children (Kim, Scott, and Angie) and there was no greater and loving mom than Jackie.

Jackie gave lovingly and tirelessly to her family throughout her lifetime. She found no greater joy than being a wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her three children, she was surrounded and blessed by nine grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandson. She was actively involved and supportive of her children and grandchildren’s various activities and sports throughout her life. She also loved the many family gatherings to celebrate any and all birthdays and holidays.

Jackie was employed by Randolph Central School Corporation serving and working in the cafeteria at Driver Middle School for many years before she retired.

Jackie had many hobbies throughout her lifetime to include playing the piano, being a wonderful seamstress, cross stitch/knitting enthusiast, crafting, gardening, working in her flower beds. She was an energizer bunny and never tired of making gifts for family and friends.

She was active in church throughout her life and was an exemplary example of Jesus unconditional love to all. She knew no stranger and embraced anyone God brought into her life. She most recently attended Countryside Christian Church in Winchester where she was always willing and eager to serve in whatever capacity she could.

She was also active in Home Economic clubs in her younger years, the Red Hat Society, euchre club, and Christian Women’s Fellowship.

She is survived by her children Kim (Brian) Boner, Scott (Joann) Stuckey, Angie (Mark) Moody. Grandchildren Jeremy (Michelle) Stuckey, Brad (Liz) Boner, Nicole (Jason) Hemmerich, Dillon (Erinn) Moody, Drew (Amanda) Moody, Kaitlyn (Trevor) Maggart, Miranda (Justin) Bailey, Haley (Trevor) Langohr, Drake (Brianna) Moody, as well as 24 great grandchildren and one great, great grandson.
