Jacob Brumbaugh Obituary

Jacob Aaron Brumbaugh, 17, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at home. He was born November 18, 2005, in Muncie, Indiana to Perry and Sara (Jones) Brumbaugh.

Jacob was a junior at Winchester Community High School. He spent most of his school days welding and working with his friends in Falcon Industries. He spent most of his free time hanging out with friends. He loved welding, drawing, music, and gaming. He loved being around friends and family. He spent every second of his day making sure someone else’s day was better than it started. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh.

Jacob is survived by his parents, Perry and Sara Brumbaugh; sisters, Rachel and Layla Brumbaugh; brother, Nikolas Brumbaugh; maternal grandparents, Gary and Gina Jones; paternal grandparents, Ivan and Robin Brumbaugh; paternal great grandfather, David Longnecker; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Jacob’s life will be from 2-6 p.m., on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at the Winchester Community High School Fieldhouse. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jacob’s name, to the Walker Funeral Home, 248 E. South St., Winchester, IN 47394, with envelopes available at the fieldhouse
