Harlyn James Castiel Hale

Baby Harlyn James Castiel Hale, aged 24 days, was called into the arms of Jesus on May 3, 2021. Harlyn was the son of Valerie McDavid and Brandon Hale. He is survived by his parents, brothers Garrett and Aliam Parson, and Brian Hale, and sister Mickaila Hale, maternal grandparents Hope and Boone Lanning, paternal grandparents Nancie and Shawn Curtner and Brett Hale, and bonus grandmother, Angie Kitashuji, 4 aunts Heather McDavid, Abigail McDavid, Amber Lanning and Oakleigh McCollum, and 6 uncles Trent McDavid, Joshua McCollum, Jason Hale, Zayden Curtner, Eric Curtner and Tyler Lanning. He is united in Heaven with his maternal great grandmother Jewel Wilkinson and paternal great grandmother, Coleen Karn. Harlyn’s life on Earth may have been brief, but the love he inspired in that short time will live on forever in all who knew him.

A service to celebrate Harlyn’s life will be at 6 p.m., on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, with Pastor Daniel Edwards officiating.  A private burial will be at a later date at Fountain Park Cemetery.
