Glen Cross

Glen Eugene Cross, 86, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at St. Vincent Randolph Hospital.

Glen was born on November 3, 1938, in Muncie to the late Harold and Charolette Cross. He was a 1956 graduate of Saratoga High School. Glen worked Girton Auto Parts for 38 years before retiring from Best Way. Glen was also an entrepuner who owned the Chicken Shack and A&W Rootbeer. He enjoyed watching golf and the Indy 500.

Glen is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Judy Cross; three children, Gregory Scott Cross (Anna), Steven Shane Cross (Janelle), and Marty Todd Cross (Wendi); six grandchildren, Heather Cross (Cody Vorhees), Joshua Dillow, Joseph Cross (Caitlin Barney), Samuel Cross (Alysha), Lillian Cross, and Landan Cross; four great-grandchildren, Malichi Roderigues, Paige and Devon Nance, Harley, and Oaklyn; a sister, Sandy Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

Glen was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Jean Bowers; and a brother, Roger Cross.

Glen will be cremated with his family to hold a celebration of his life at a later date.
