Eugene Carl Watson, 81, of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at IU Health Jay Hospital in Portland. He was born on September 18, 1940, son of Fred and Eleanor Watson.
Eugene graduated from McKinley High School. He served his country in the US Air Force and retired from the Army National Guard. He was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Eugene also worked as a cable splicer for several telephone companies and after retirement, cooked at the Randolph County Jail. He enjoyed bowling.
Eugene is survived by his wife, Carolyn Watson of Winchester; two sons, David (Michelle) Watson and Dean Watson; (you can any other family members here if you wish).
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be a remembrance get together, at 12:00 p.m., on Saturday November 6, 2021, at the Winchester Café, 602 N. Union Street, Winchester, IN 47394.
