Debbie K. (Owens) Prosser

Debbie K. Prosser, 64, of Ridgeville, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Reid Hospital in Richmond, from a short term illness.  She was born on April 19, 1957, in Union City, IN, to Fred and Lena Owens.

Debbie enjoyed her pets, two dogs, cooking, gardening, camping, and horseback riding. 

Debbie is survived by two sons, Brett Hartman of Kissimmee, FL and Bobby Hartman of Ridgeville, IN; a sister, Rita (Roger) Donahue of Lynn, IN; and two brothers, Gary Owens of Lynn, IN and Jerry Owens of Grandville, MI; half sister, Pamela Addair, Cape Coral, FL; grandchildren, Cayle Hartman, Savannah Hartman, Lane Hartman, and Baylee Hartman.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Timothy Owens.

A memorial service for Debbie will be held at a later date.  Memorials in Debbie’s name may be given to an animal shelter of your choice.
