Christine D (Shaw) Byrd

Christine D. (Shaw) Byrd 75, of Winchester, IN, went to be with her Lord on May 21, 2022.

Christine suffered from Parkinson’s and dementia. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Christine worked as an independent cake baker and decorator as well as at various retail businesses over the years. She was an active member of the Winchester Congregational Christian Church.

Christine is survived by her husband of 55 years Earl Jr. and daughter Michelle Dinnage (Mark) and son Steve (Becky). Four Grandchildren, Emily, Madeline, Olivia and Lincoln. One sister, Pam White (Tom) Clearwater, FL. Two brothers Kerry (Donna) Shaw, and Kevin Shaw, Muncie, IN. One aunt, Francis Woods, Winchester, IN. One uncle Lloyd Shaw (Mona) Florida. Several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Also survived by, stepmother, Rebecca Shaw, Brownsburg, IN.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and her parents, Betty and Harold Shaw.

A service to celebrate Christine’s life will be at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, May 27, 2022 at the East Street Congregational Christian Church in Winchester, with Pastor Rob Butler officiating.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery
