Charlotte Mae (Forrest) Wooters

Charlotte Mae Forrest Wooters, 86, passed away at home, on February 8, 2024. She was a homemaker and attended church at Clear Creek Congregational Christian Church with her surviving husband, Robert L Wooters; they were married for a duration of 63 years.

Charlotte is survived by her brother, Ron Forrest (Judy); her daughter, Karen L. Wooters Cox; her son, Rick L. Wooters; her daughter, Roberta M. Wooters Whyde (husband Don).  She was also survived by many great nieces and nephews, multiple grandkids, great grandkids and great great grandkids.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her sister, Maribelle Forrest Landess; her oldest daughter, Marlene Wooters Canter (husband Jeffery), and their son, Robert Canter; as well as granddaughter, Stacy Whyde.

There will be a graveside service at 11:30 a.m., on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at the Lawndale Cemetery in Ridgeville.  Family and close friends are invited.

A dinner to celebrate Charlotte’s life will be at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 14, at Calvary United Methodist Church in Ridgeville.  Condolences and flowers can be sent to the fellowship hall at the church, 200 S Portland St, Ridgeville, IN 47380.
