Betty Darlene (Vance) Neeley

Betty D. (Vance) Neeley, 63, of Muncie, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Willowbend Living Center in Muncie.  She was born on February 13, 1960, in Muncie, to Amil Vance and Clara (Hobbs) Daniel.

Betty had worked as a selector at Anchor Hocking Glass in Winchester.  She enjoyed crocheting and sewing, but most of all she enjoyed being around her family and friends. 

Betty leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Kelly (Jeremiah) Nelson of Muncie and Amber (Clint) Barker of Gaston; grandchildren, Devon Bertram, Kayla (James) Wethern, Bryanna Barker, Kara Nelson and Joey Nelson; a great grandson Elijah Wethern; a step great granddaughter Izzy Wethern; and a brother Kimber Vance.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Richard Neeley; a sister, Tina Wilson; a brother, John Daniel; a daughter, Michele Vance and granddaughter, Elizabeth Nelson.

A celebration of Betty’s life will take place from 2-4 p.m., on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester.
