Benny (Ben) Eugene Kritsch

Benny (Ben) Eugene Kritsch (76) of Winchester, Indiana, went home to the Lord on December 23, 2022. He was born October 20, 1946, in Winchester to Clarence and Maxine Kritsch.

Ben retired from Overmyer Mould Company. He was an active member of Winchester Friends Church and volunteered at the Shalom Food Pantry. He loved traveling to state parks and being outdoors, spending time with family, caring for the flowers around the house, and evenings around the fire pit. He enjoyed a monthly euchre club for 40+ years with friends.

Ben is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ellene Kritsch; sons, Scott Kritsch (spouse Katherine), Michael Kritsch (spouse Lana); grandchildren, Alex Kritsch (fiancé Beth), Victoria Kritsch, Ethan Kritsch, Addison Kritsch; brother, Tony Kritsch (spouse Marsha); and three great-grandchildren.

Ben was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine and Clarence Kritsch.

A service to celebrate Ben’s life will be at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the Winchester Friends Church in Winchester. 

Friends and family may call from 12-2 p.m., on Thursday, at the church.   In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Winchester Friends Church, 124 E Washington St, Winchester, IN 47394 or the Shalom Food Pantry, 481 SE Greenville Ave, Winchester, IN 47394.
