Barbara Ann (Wall) Landers

Barbara Ann Landers was born to Verne Wayne Wall and Elizabeth (Grubbs) Wall on August 3, 1938.  She married the love of her life, Lowell Landers, on September 13, 1957.

She spent her life loving and taking care of her family.  She loved to crochet and to give away her beautiful afghans.  She loved to cook and to host big family dinners.  Her joy came from caring for her family and friends.  She was the ultimate caregiving and provider of love for so many.  Barbara enjoyed the many years spent working at the cafeteria at Driver Middle School. 

Preceded in death by her parents Verne Wayne Wall and Elizabeth (Grubbs) Wall; step mother, Joan Wall; and her two brothers, Ronnie and John Wall.

Survived by her loving husband of 65 years, her two children, Robin (Bill) Holtman and Mike Landers; grandchildren, Casey (Scott) Seliga, Mindy (Nathan) Peed; and great grandchildren, Mikaisha and Jayden Besson; and her sister, Cindy (Rob) Wilson; and many other beloved family and friends.

A service to celebrate Barbara’s life will be at 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, with Pastor Jeff Straley officiating.  Burial will follow at Reitenour Cemetery.

Friends and family may call from 2-3 p.m., on Wednesday at the funeral home.
