Averill Ann Hinty, 73, passed away on January 7, 2023, at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center in Winchester, IN. She was born May 3, 1949, to Constance (Erwin) and Harvey Hinty.
Averill was a graduate of Randolph Southern High School. She worked many years at and retired from Randolph Nursing and Rehabilitation in Winchester. Averill was a farm girl and had a special love for all animals especially dogs and cats.
Averill is survived by her cousins, Fae Holloway, Larry Beck, Saralee (Dean) Garringer; and special friends Pam and Andy Turner and their kitty, King.
Averill was preceded in death by her parents; cousins, Jennetta (Addington) Smiley, Peggy Beck; and special friend, Ora Wray.
Honoring Averill’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Burial will be in the New Liberty Cemetery.
