Anthony R Mann

Anthony R. Mann, 63, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana.  He was born on May 27, 1959, in Winchester, IN to Cecil and Patricia Mann.

Tony entered into the US Airforce on June 1, 1977 as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist and received the service Good Conduct Medal while serving.  He received an Honorable Discharge on May 29, 1981.  After serving his country, he moved to Huntington Indiana and worked for Magnatek Corp. and while living in Huntington was given the Disabled Vet status.  As Tony continued living in Huntington he began collecting a full range of music which he loved, also collecting and building model cars as he loved working with his hands and recently had gotten into gardening.   

Tony is survived by two daughters, Michelle Mann and Melissa Mann of Huntington, Indiana; and two brothers, Steve and Jeffery.

A service to celebrate Tony’s life will be at 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester.  Friends and family may call from 3-5 p.m., on Wednesday at the funeral home.
