Anna M. Addington, 92, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 1926, at Parker Health Care in Parker City, Indiana.
Anna was born on August 5, 1933, in Chicago, IL to the late William and Tessie Warnes. She attended McKinley High School and went on to graduate from Muncie Beauty College. Anna worked as a beautician for 15 years. She had also worked as a custodian for Ball State University and Randolph Central Schools. Anna had attended Harrisville Congregational Church and was a member of Bear Creek Friends Church. Anna enjoyed boating, fishing, and spending time with her family.
Anna is survived by her daughter, Kina Cunningham (husband Les); granddaughter, Hannah Cunningham; grandson, Rhett Cunningham (wife Jalynn); four great-grandchildren, Zachary MacGilvray (fiancé Tori), Lydia Doughtery (husband Lee), Preston Cunningham, and Shyanna Cunningham; three great-great-grandchildren, Zaiden MacGilvray, Adalyn Doughtery, and Henry Doughtery; and several nieces and nephews.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Addington; son, Michael Addington; and two brothers, Ray and Bill Warnes.
A graveside service to celebrate Anna’s life will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 19, 2026, at Saratoga Cemetery in Saratoga, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Bear Creek Friends Church, 4038 W. 500 N., Winchester, IN 47394.
