Charles L. "Chuck" Clements, 92, passed away Friday, January 15, 2021 in Muncie Indiana.

He was born November 29, 1928 in Lynn Indiana to the late George and Nola (Mendenhall) Clements. Chuck graduated from McKinley High School in 1948 and took continued education courses at UCLA.

He was a veteran of the Army and served as Second Lieutenant during the Korean War. Chuck was an International Business Executive who retired as President of his Clements Sales Corporation based in Muncie Indiana.

He began his career at Overmyer Mould Company (OMCO) in Winchester Indiana, and then built an overseas OMCO branch in Aalter Belgium in 1963. This plant doubled in size over a few years and has since successfully expanded to other countries.

As an instrument rated private pilot he flew all over the United States, Europe and South America. Chuck also was a self-educated engineer, who designed and built the Clements Roadster, which he drove every year in the ACD parade in Auburn Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Dorothy (Hilgenberg) Clements, two sisters, Louise Armstrong and Martha Clements, six brothers, Gene, George, Jim, Ed, Harold and Dick Clements, and a grandson, Jeffrey Fields.

A Funeral procession at Walker Funeral Home in Winchester was followed by a burial at nearby Fountain Park Cemetery with Chuck's granddaughter, Pastor Cortney Fields Coombs officiating.

Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia (David) Fields, three sons, Craig (Pamela), Kurt and Chris Clements and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Walker Funeral Home in Winchester was entrusted with the arrangements. Online condolences may be shared with the family at
