William B. “Willie” Brandenburg, 75, of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, in Columbus.  He was born on November 22, 1944, in Winchester to William D. and Laura Effie (Field) Brandenburg.

Willie served in the U.S. Army.  He was a mould maker at Armstrong Mould.  Willie was a former member of the Winchester Moose and Farmland American Legion and an active memeber of the Maxville Christian Church.  He enjoyed bowling, reading, and spending time with his grandkids. 

Willie is survived by his children, William C. (Angela) Brandenburg, Tracy Aderholt, Brian Brandenburg, and William D. Brandenburg; his brothers, Paul Brandenburg and James H. (Norma) Brandenburg; three stepchildren, Tanna (Mark) Day, Tonya (Bill) Bousman, and Dusty Ackman; and three half siblings, Bobby Rhoads, Joyce (Dennis) Mackey, and Betty (Danny) VanNote; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Willie was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Frances E. (Snodgrass) Brandenburg.

There will be a graveside service for Willie at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Fountain Park Cemetery, with Pastor Jerry Brumfield officiating.
