I am so very sad to hear of the loss of your son/brother. It was always a pleasure to work with David, he was such a gentleman always who could be counted on to be there for any need of the patients when he worked the unit. It was just as much a pleasure to see him and say hi in passing, just as it always is to see his father and sister. My prayers go out to all of his loved ones, blessings to you all for losing this special light and person in your lives.

Dave: my heart breaks for you and David's mother. Losing a child is not the way it's supposed to be, no matter their age. After losing my two sons I can tell you both that the hole in your heart will never heal. I wish I could provide you with some positive encouragement, but all I can say is keep your faith, speak his name often, let other's talk about him so you and others will always remember. Your son brought caring, humor and love to those around him and you can be proud of the man he was. My love to you always my dear friend, I will grieve for you. I wish I could be with you, but I cannot share my germs currently governing my head. Robyn, thoughts are with you as well.
