Ralph R. Green, former resident of Winchester, current resident of Muncie, Indiana departed to his heavenly home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 18, 2018.  Born on August 28, 1939 to Joseph B. and Gladys E. (Rees) Green.

When Ralph graduated from Winchester High School in 1958 he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and the Indiana National Guard.  He was honorably discharged on November 12, 1964.

He attended Ball State University where he studied accounting and salesmanship.  In 1965 he started working as a sales manager for Frank Foundries Corporation of Muncie and Moline, Illinois.  When Frank Foundries closed in 1985 he started Green's Industrial Sales & Service Co. which he ran for 15 years.  He also started Green's Travel Center of Muncie which he operated for nine years before selling it to his employees.  Ralph was a caring man with a great sense of humor.

Ralph was married to Marjorie L. (Evilsizer) Green and was the proud father of three children and two step-children, Julie (Butch) Rhonemus, Jennifer Carpenter (Justin Gross), Anthony Green, Ann Stephenson, and Adam Stephenson (Jennifer).  He also had nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Four grandchildren preceded him in death.

A service to celebrate Ralph’s life will be at 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, IN.  Friends and family may call two hours prior to the service.

Dear Marjorie and family,
Our sincere condolences on Ralph's passing. All of the cousins are out of
town due to the holidays and we will not be visiting. They all had a great
time together when they were growing up.
My husband was Eldon, Joe's youngest brother. We all had children about
the same age. Ralph was sick a lot when he was young. May he rest in
peace. Love to you all.

Aunt Phyllis

My sympathy to the family. I was privileged to see my old friend Ralph at
our class reunion last spring. As usual, we shared wonderful memories and laughs.

May he rest in peace.
