Merl was the story-teller at family gatherings. He could recall joke after joke, and keep us all laughing. He was a gentle giant, always willing to help others. I will miss him.

To Kevin and the Potter family. I am sincerely sorry for your loss. I will keep you and yours in my prayers and thoughts, as you cope with the loss of your Dad. He (as well as your mom) were wonderful people. So many were touched by the love, grace, and wisdom your father gave so unconditionally. Sincerely, Jack Elliott
